Call either of our locations: Layton (801) 618-7903, Ogden (801) 608-8056 (if step 2 was completed one of our receptionist will reach out to you). Talk with any of our receptionist/office staff and set up an appointment time.

Come in for a free consultation, take a tour of our clinic, and meet with one of our highly skilled and trained therapists to decide the best route is for your family.

Step 5

Sit down with our New Patient Coordinator to go over insurance/cost, and get the next step scheduled.
