Understanding Our Waitlist Process: What to Expect When You Enroll

Thank you for your interest in our services! We understand how important it is to get the right care for your child, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. To help you navigate our waitlist system, we’ve put together a detailed guide on what you can expect.
How to Get Started
To begin the process, you have two easy options. You can either give our office a call or you can submit an eval request form on our website. Once we get the initial eval scheduled we will send intake form, it is CRUCIAL that these are filled out within 24 hours of the link being sent (the link will expire after 24 hours), in order to not have a delay in care.
Waitlist and Funnel Process
After your child is added to the waitlist, they will remain there until we can confirm availability in our schedule. When a spot opens up, your child will move into the next stage—the funnel. This simply means that we now have room to begin the next steps in finding a spot that works consistently for your family, on our schedule.
